Job brief
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help build out, support, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding projects.
Responsibilities
- Implement and Support companies sold products and projects.
- customer support for any incidents on implemented products.
- get certified on all Trainings assigned by Team head.
- responsible for customer satisfaction in all projects assigned.
- Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting windows based environments and linux is plus.
- experience in virtualization VMware, Microsoft.
- solid knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server, active directory etc..
- Experience with monitoring systems.
- Hardware Knowledge is must.
- Networking skills .
- solid knowledge for basic Hardware (storage, Servers and Networking) equipment’s.
