Job Duties.
- Responsible for enterprise implementation and help customers get the most benefit of sold products.
- Support Radiant customers on their installed solutions.
- Follow up with vendors to provide customers with best solutions.
- Ability to learn more and deep on Company Major Vendors DELLEMC, VMware and Microsoft.
- Responsible for pre-sales consulting, including customer needs analysis, technical communication, PoC and solution design.
- Migration of Customer Workloads related to installed solution.
- Ability to learn and complete VMware and Microsoft trainings and the core Products of DELLEMC in timely manner.
- Prepare Documentation for customer, Handover and Delivery Documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Five years minimum experience supporting the sale of enterprise storage, networking, or systems solutions to large enterprise accounts and data centers.
- Knowledge of industry bench-marking standards and performance tuning/sizing (DELLEMC,VMware) is a must.
- Strong IT industry knowledge, Storage SAN,NAS and Protocols iSCSI and FC.
- Expert Knowledge of Windows Server, SMB and CIFS file systems, Windows cluster.
- High level knowledge of VMware Products (CI,HCI) as well as Microsoft
- High level Knowledge in DELLEMC Products
- knowledge of UNIX OS, NFS file systems and UNIX distributed network environment
- Backup Solutions knowledge and installations.
- Good knowledge of installing SQL cluster is an addition.
Certifications:
- Any Microsoft related Certificate is advanced
- Valid VMware VCP is a must.
- Valid VMware VSAN is a must
- Professional Certificate in related Storage of DELLEMC or IBM and HP is necessary.
