Job description

Senior Account Manager, responsible for selling and supporting the firm’s complete product and service offering to an assigned set of named accounts. Focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity, selling across our comprehensive portfolio of solutions which includes on premise and cloud solutions from Dell, HPE, VMware and Fortinet or any related Vendors.

Our core practice areas include: Data Center, Enterprise Networks, Security, Storage & Backup, Virtualization, Carrier Services, and Managed Services.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate hardware, software, and company services
  • Cross-sell and up-sell a broad range of hosted and premise-based IT services to business prospects and customers
  • Strategically manage sales cycles, manage accounts, and provide pipeline sales forecasts.
  • Become a product expert in the product lines the position is chartered to sell. by Taking all course needed and provided from the Company.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure assigned accounts meet or exceed client satisfaction.

Position Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience In Selling IT Hardware.
  • Excellent customer service and support skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure
  • Ability to participate as a team member as well as a leader in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to learn and take new Courses in Company products
  • Aptitude for learning technology
  • Industry certifications such as Cisco, Dell, EMC, or VMware is a plus
  • Experience with “Solution Selling” Sales Training is a plus.
